Fluid Ends

We’re not just best-in-class. We’re in a class of our own.stainless steel

Gardner Denver Pumps manufactures some of the most durable, high-quality fluid ends in the oil and gas industry. In addition to utilizing our proprietary autofrettage technique to maximize durability on each product, we manufacture our fluid ends with the most state-of-the-art materials, like our carbon steel or patent-pending stainless steel material. Our exclusive stainless steel fluid ends are less susceptible to corrosion and fatigue.

Gardner Denver’s one-of-a-kind Falcon Technology, which is incorporated into many of our mud pump fluid ends and well-service fluid ends, employs a twist-in retainer for maximum ease of use and replacement in the field. Our modules are not only easier to install, but also need to be replaced less often than competitor models. Gardner Denver fluid ends with Falcon Technology are field-tested to last at least twice as long as competitor fluid ends (even when our fluid ends are used on competitor pumps)

The Gardner Denver fluid ends compatible with competitor pumps are unique to GD technology, allowing users to harness the power of a Gardner Denver fluid end’s performance and lifespan. All Gardner Denver fluid ends are backed by Gardner Denver’s top-notch customer and repair service.

With our constantly expanding facilities, our fluid end products are more readily available than ever. Not to mention, we are keeping more valves, seals and packing in stock for the convenience of our customers.

Drilling Modules

Gardner Denver drilling modules are compact and built to last, delivering high performance, pressure and flow rates up to 3 times longer than others. Made with individually forged, heat-treated alloy steel using our proprietary Autofrettage technique, each module offers extended life and maximum strength, yet can be welded to repair washouts. And service is simple with built-in Falcon Technology, with a single-piece, twist-in retainer, and no fasteners required.

Stimulation and Fracturing Fluid Ends

Proprietary autofrettage techniques overstress and pressurize our fluid ends to 60,000 PSI. We go to this extreme to reduce the risk of cracking and corrosion, vastly improving safety in the field.

Well Service Fluid Ends

Just because a Gardner Denver fluid end is built like a rock battleship, doesn’t mean it can’t be user friendly. Our innovations include an improved, user-friendly design for easy installation and reduced-vibration components for extended life.
