With more than 20 service techs strategically located throughout the country, Gardner Denver can provide assistance at a customer’s location.  In fact, our service techs literally travel the world to places like Nigeria to assist our customers.   Prior to going on location, our service techs will first try to diagnose your problem remotely in order to save you money.

“Our service techs are so well trained that they often can fix a problem over the phone,” says Gardner Denver’s Kyle Cordell. “Our service techs will ask to listen to the pump and because of their years of experience, they can often tell immediately what is wrong and what needs to be done.”

Gardner Denver’s seasoned techs have 15 to 20 years of experience.  Most techs start in a Gardner Denver shop and gain firsthand knowledge of the pumps as they tear them apart and rebuild them.  As their experience grows, they start servicing clients on location.

The service techs only job is to get a customer’s pump running again.  However, if a client needs parts or expendables, Gardner Denver service techs are knowledgeable and can get the order placed.
