You need reliable parts. You need troubleshooting. You need service. Gardner Denver is your pump partner and can now handle all of your pump needs better than ever.
“Our message to our customers is simple,” said Tony McLain, Gardner Denver Sales Manager. “We’re here to make their job easier. We want to be their partner. Our technicians are ready to service their pumps. Our staff can train their employees on proper maintenance. Our regional facilities can stock inventory specifically for their needs. We want our customers to rely on us for anything pump related.”
With an expanding oil and gas industry, Gardner Denver is adding more resources and products to help its customers succeed. Traditionally, Gardner Denver has been known as a pump manufacturer. Now the company’s vision has expanded with the goal of providing high-quality customer service for the life of the pump. Gardner Denver is able to serve customers long past their initial pump order with more regional sales staff, more facilities and an expanding consumables product line.
The Gardner Denver sales team has adapted with the new changes. Regional sales team members are now located throughout the country to be closer to the customers. Plus, Gardner Denver invested resources to train the entire sales team to become experts for all product lines. Now customers can contact one salesperson and get all their questions answered, regardless of whether they need a drilling, fracturing or well-service pump.
“We streamlined our sales process to provide a more fluid solution,” said McLain. “In addition to investing in our people, we’ve also been investing in our facilities. We opened several new regional sales and service facilities last year, and plan to open more in 2014.”
Gardner Denver continues to lead the industry in innovation with its pumps and consumables. New product lines such as Gardner Denver’s valves and seats are outlasting the competition. Engineering and innovation don’t slow down, and more product lines are set to be introduced this year.
“We’re constantly evaluating the products,” said McLain. “We get feedback from our customers on what is working or not working for them in the field. We continue to make tweaks to ensure we’re delivering pumps and consumables with the highest reliability.”
