Gardner Denver continues to improve customer service in 2014

November 19, 2013

Becoming the number one pump manufacturer in the oil and gas industry requires continuous improvement, which is the primary focus for Gardner Denver Pumps in the coming year.

The philosophy of Gardner Denver Pumps’ business is simple, according to Vice-President Petroleum and Industrial Pumps Larry Kerr.

“Always strive to be the best in class in customer service. Be the easiest to do business with.”

Customers are seeing immediate results of this continuous improvement in the form of new customer services offerings, increased capacity, and new and expanding locations. Internally, several groups of employees have been targeted to receive continuous training. Customers benefit from Gardner Denver’s commitment to building the strength of their internal team, which results in improved offerings for customers.

“No one has a better product or is easier to do business with. Our goal is to be the pump of choice and the company of choice,” said Kerr.

Kerr said the team plans on maintaining and improving upon their already stellar reputation for best-in-class customer service.

“We don’t just want to serve customers, we want to delight them.”
