Gardner Denver to exhibit at China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Exhibition

January 30, 2014

With the Chinese market being a top priority for Gardner Denver, the company will be a first time exhibitor at the China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Exhibition (CIPPE) in Beijing from March 19th through March 24th. The company’s most powerful fracturing pump, the GD-3000, will be on display. In 2013, 40 GD-3000 pumps were sold in China.

“This past year was a breakthrough year for us in China and next year is forecasted to be even stronger,” says José Rubin, Gardner Denver International Sales Manager. “The CIPPE show gives us a chance to show companies that we’re now part of this market and are ready to support them with proven pumps and customer service.”

The CIPPE show will allow Gardner Denver to showcase its durable 3,000 BHP frac pump called the GD-3000. The pump is the largest pump in the company’s Stimulation and Fracturing line. Additionally, Gardner Denver plans to introduce customers to The Maverick, the newest member of its mud pumps. The Maverick offers a small footprint design that delivers performance comparable to the much larger drilling pumps. In fact, its 101 inch width allows for permit-free truck mounted transport. Plus, its lightweight means it can be helicopter airlifted without breaking down to constituent components.

The CIPPE show is part of Gardner Denver’s commitment to the Chinese market. Gardner Denver recently hired a full-time Sales Engineer who is based in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. The employee is Chinese and speaks both Chinese and English. The company also translated common power end and fluid end manuals into Mandarin Chinese.

When planning your CIPPE visit, make sure to stop by the Gardner Denver Booth W1230 in the W1 hall.
